The Challenge: A business consultant needed a fully customisable, professional proposal template in Canva — fast. The brief was clear: clean design, easy to edit, and delivered within 24 hours.
The Approach: Before jumping into design, I asked the right questions upfront — dimensions, page count, and how the template would be used — so the first draft would land as close to final as possible. I structured the layout with clear sections, smart text boxes, and image placeholders that any non-designer could edit confidently without breaking the design.
The Outcome: A 15-page proposal template delivered within the deadline. The client received the first draft, loved it immediately, and was ready to take it forward — describing the final product as "beautiful" and the process as one of "great communication" and quick execution.
